Where’s my product?

I placed in order over a month ago. Hasn’t been any communication outside of the confirmation email. The phone number listed on the order is t in service. Emails that were sent haven’t been returned or replied to. Unfortunately this isn’t a product review. I was really looking forward to trying this product. At this point I’m just looking for my money to be returned.
